SMX Advanced 2012 Liveblog Schedule and More
At some point in every marketer’s life, he or she must make the journey to the mecca of advanced search marketing events, SMX Advanced 2012 in Seattle. That time is upon us once again, and if you can’t break away for your pilgrimage to the show in June, we’ve got your back. We’ve hand-selected some amazing sessions to report on and deliver to you straight from the show.
Tune into the blog on June 5 and June 6 to get in on the conference action. Follow us on Twitter (we might get some live-tweeting in as well) and the hashtag #SMX to stay up-to-date on tips and tactics from the event. And if you’re attending the show, read on after the schedule for some more ways to connect with us while in Seattle.
Day 1: SMX Advanced Liveblog Schedule

Day 2: SMX Advanced Liveblog Schedule

1:30 p.m. | Pagination and Canonicalization for the Pros |
Even if you’re attending the event, this schedule can help you plan out your session attendance or give you the freedom to just listen and not have to worry about taking notes while there. At the end of each day at the conference, these links will be updated with the liveblog coverage.
Conference-goers, don’t miss Bruce Clay at the “Ask the SEOs” session along with a powerhouse panel on June 6 at 3 p.m. You can access even more custom SEO advice from Bruce in a one-on-one meeting with him while you’re at the show. Grab your appointment ahead of time by direct messaging us on Twitter @BruceClayInc.
BCI’s Virginia Nussey will be splitting her time between liveblogging and moderating questions during the session: “iConvert: Landing Pages and Conversion in a Smartphone and Tablet World.” Should be an interesting panel and we’re sure there will be lots of thought-provoking questions at this session.
While you’re at Advanced, stop by booth 23 and automatically receive $400 off the cost of our three-day SEOToolSet Training in our Southern California SEO classroom — for you and up to six of your friends — taught by Bruce Clay. You’ll also be entered into our contest while at the booth for a chance to win a free seat to the course, a $1,795 value.
Speaking of training, there are still a few seats left for our one-day SEO training workshop at Advanced on June 7. There’s still time to sign up even if you’re not planning on attending the full conference.
And don’t forget to have a drink on us at the SMX Meet & Greet event on Monday, June 4, at 6 p.m. on Bell Harbor’s Rooftop Plaza. We love sponsoring this party because a good drink is almost as important to us marketers as a good SEM tactic. The BCI crew will be there armed with drink tickets and charm, so don’t be shy, come say hello.
We’ll also be roaming around at other after-hours conference events, so be sure to connect with us at some point during your trip, deal?
